Job description
We are looking for a reliable, full-time, (possibly part-time) Pool Repair Technician professional to join our team. You must possess a great work ethic, time management, and customer service skills. This a CAREER offer, not a temporary job.
In this position, This position is responsible for performing various service and repair tasks on swimming pool equipment.
Job Requirements:
2 years of professional pool repair experience required;
Knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing pool pumps, heaters, filters, timers, lights, automated pool systems, and PVC plumbing is highly preferred but we also provide extensive on-site training;
Knowledge of 110v and 220v electrical equipment;
Knowledge of water chemistry;
Ability to safely operate a company vehicle while maintaining a valid driver's license;
Ability to life and carry up to 50lbs;
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with management, other employees, and customers.

Other position expectations include (but are not limited to):
Provide excellent service to residential and commercial customers.
Comply with all safety procedures, including safe working and driving habits.
Promote Company values and customer care.
Contribute to the team-based environment.
Participate in periodic company meetings.
Report to work on time and in company attire.
Transport and store chemicals.
Respond to water hygiene incidents.
Carry necessary equipment, supplies, and materials from the service truck to the customer’s pool for repairs.
Maintain accurate records of services performed by completing and submitting assigned work orders in our app.
Compensation:
Starting pay will be higher the more experience you have.
Experience:
Swimming Pool Work: 2 year (Required)
License/Certification:
Driver's License (Required)
Required Pre-Employment:
Must have a valid and clean Tennessee driver’s license with 3 or more years of driving experience.
We require a background check and drug screen upon an offer of employment.
